Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! SkinPotions products are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. However, we still recommend doing a patch test before fully incorporating any new product into your routine.

Are your products FDA-approved?

You bet! All SkinPotions products are FDA-registered.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Our products are formulated with gentle and skin-loving ingredients, but since every pregnancy is unique, we highly recommend consulting your OB-GYN before introducing any new skincare product into your routine.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! SkinPotions is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

I feel a slight sting with the Tomato Serum. Is this normal?

Feeling a slight sting that lasts under 30 seconds is normal. If stinging or allergies persist, please stop using the product and consult a doctor.

I encountered a breakout after using one of your products. Should I stop using it?

"Breakouts can happen when your skin is adjusting, especially if the product contains active ingredients. This might be a sign of purging, which is temporary and can last 2-4 weeks.
However, if irritation is severe or persists, we recommend pausing use and consulting a dermatologist."

I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please send us a photo and an unboxing video of the product. This is required for us to process your return or refund. Failure to provide both may result in the request being denied.

I received my order, but it’s missing an item. What should I do?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number, details of the missing item, and make sure to include a photo or unboxing video of the package as proof. We’ll look into it right away and send you the correct product as soon as possible.

Can I return a product if I’m allergic to it?

We understand that skin reactions can happen. If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please stop using it immediately and contact us within 3 - 5 days with the details and photos.

Can I return a product I no longer want or change my mind about it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, in line with hygiene protocols.

What payment methods does SkinPotions accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Gcash, Maya, QR PH, and ShopeePay.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide within the Philippines! Stay tuned for updates if we expand internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping takes around:

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Provincial areas (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): 4–7 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are based on your location and follow J&T Express' standard rates. All parcels will be shipped from Bacoor, Cavite, and the exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. You may also check J&T’s shipping rates directly here.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via app which you have ordered to check the delivery status.

Do you offer same-day or rush delivery?

At the moment, we don’t offer same-day delivery, but we’re working on improving our delivery options soon!
